Ardoum Vineyards is located in Deir El Ahmar, near Saydit Beshwet and Btedhi in the northern Bekaa Valley, at altitudes between 900 and 1400 meters. The elevation, along with the region’s generous sunlight, allows our grapes to ripen fully while retaining their natural sweetness. The well-drained soil encourages the roots to grow deep, which results in high-quality fruit.
We grow classic varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Grenache, each capturing the unique character of the Bekaa Valley. At Ardoum, our goal is to create wines that reflect the land, our passion, and the heritage of Lebanese winemaking. We are currently developing an organic wine, focusing on natural processes to bring out the best in our vineyards.
